I have had my vehicle to Integrity twice because the “service tire monitor system” light comes on. I had them replace the sensor, then about a month later it came on again for another tire. I had it checked at an independent auto service center and was told the sensors were good, but it needed to be relearned. When I took it to Integrity Chattanooga, they said it was the sensor. I paid to have that one replaced. A few days later the light is on again. I don’t believe this is a coincidence. It all began when I had an oil change and tire rotation at Integrity. When I left there that time, I found that they had only tightened one lug nut on the back wheel. I took it back twice for noise/vibration and then had to go to an outside auto service. They found that the noise and vibration in that wheel was because Integrity had not tightened the lug nuts. I am beginning to not have faith in the dealership because they told me that wheel was safe for me to drive. Thank God I stopped somewhere else and they took care of it by tightening the lug nuts. My current issue is with this “service the tire monitor system”. I am not getting a good feeling about this - did they plug the sensor in good? Who knows! I have paid to have two replaced, so I’m beginning to question them!

The process was quick and painless. By that I mean there was no pressure nor stress. No pushy sales rep begging for a commission. I called the day before inquiring about a White Buick Envista that I had seen online. I was told by Charlie Calabro that it was definitely in stock, we discussed pricing of said vehicle and we set an appointment for the following day as I had to travel from another state. Charlie assured me that he would have the car out front waiting for me to test drive it. When I arrived the next day it was indeed already waiting, which tailored the experience specifically to me. Him keeping his word was most important I appreciated this small gesture a lot. I took it for a test drive and quickly made up my mind to make the purchase with the exception of a different color because white just didn’t give me the WOW factor. I didn’t need much convincing I was very intentional about this purchase. I had my eye on a specific vehicle for an allotted time and had done all my research. We sat down to begin paperwork and Charlie asked to have my car washed, detailed and gas topped off. Charlie was very easy to work with, talk to, and was very attentive with the help of Tyler Ridley whom was also great to work with. There was not one person that I encountered in the building whom didn’t speak, spark a conversation or extend an congratulations. 10’s across the board Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Facility Cleanliness, etc..

After getting numerous emails, calls and texts I decided to try the service department. The experience and results were the worst I have encountered at a dealership. I made the appointment for oil change, tire rotation, spark plug replacement, transmission service, and the four point wheel service. The appointment was two weeks out because the tasks were numerous so I took the first 8 AM appointment. The feel was not not one of professionalism when I encountered the write up guys, but surely they must be good at this Cadillac dealership...not true. Car was promised late in the day and they said they would call. No call throughout the day...I call about 6 for an update, no one in the shop to answer apparrently...so the first disappointment. Call them about 10 the next morning and ask if the car is ready to pick up and ask why I have had no updates...guy who answes passes me off to someone else who asks the same questions of me...he looks up the status...the oil has been changed! He says the transmission guy is "not in" and I stop him there. Stop the service, prepare the bill and I am on my way to the dealership to pick up the car. I get there, no explanations, they prepare the bill and he walks me to the Cashier...on the way I ask to see the bill...and the only thing on it is the oil change...I ask and he said they didn't have time for the spark plugs either...never an apology from anyone on this rookie experience...I pay and leave to never return and now report the worst "dealer service experience" I have ever had.

I took my truck to the shop on Friday 4/4/25 to get my audio repaired, it is the only thing that is not working on my dashboard. I dropped off that morning at 7:15. At 5:32 I called to check on it and the service department was closed. I spoke to a gentleman there but I don’t remember his name, he said that the service department closed at 5:30 and he recommended that I call back Saturday. I called Saturday 4/4/25 at 8:46 - 8:48 and I spoke with a man whose name is Alex and he stated that it probably wasn’t ready and Dalton was not there (my only issue is no communication with me). I called Monday and spoke with Dalton from1:25 - 1:32. He was explaining to me that a manager had left earlier and Friday was very hectic and when they checked on my audio replacement that it was still in Memphis, but they were looking for it at any time. I asked him to call me if my system wasn’t in by 3:00 and I would pick up my vehicle until the replacement part came in. It didn’t come in so Dalton did call me and I picked up my truck. Dalton called me 4/10/25 at 3:16 and told me that my radio was there and that I could drop off my truck Monday 4/14/25. I dropped it off and 8:00 and stayed there until 9:44. The radio was working when I drove off the lot. I got home and was beginning to program my stations and it stopped working again. I immediately took my truck back and they tried working on it again and they could not repair it, Dalton stated that they were going to have to order me another one. I was there until around 2:30 that afternoon and now I am waiting for my callback telling me when to bring my truck back. I am typing this on Thursday 4/17/25 at 1:31pm and I still haven’t heard anything. I love my truck, this is the second truck I have bought from Integrity. But I am disappointed with the communication side of things. All a customer wants is to be kept informed, even if it’s just a call to a couple of days later saying that we are still waiting on the part. Other than that I am happy. I also met one of the owners, he wasn’t talking to me but he talking to another older gentleman who seems to have bought many trucks there, he was wanting a truck that could pull a large load on a trailer and he said that he would probably have to buy a F450. We spoke and I was just there listening to them talk. He is a very personable young man, well groomed and articulate when he speaks. Let’s please get my audio resolved and keep me informed. And by the way I do have insurance on my system and I paid my $109i.25 copay which I don’t expect to pay again for something that wasn’t repaired. Took 4 days to complete repairs. Never received a call to advise me what was going on. Finally I called advising I needed the car to take a road trip. Thirty minutes later I received a call advising that my car was ready to be picked up. You need a better communication system.

Greg Pope is one of the nicest and most authentic car dealership professionals we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to listen to what we were looking for and then making a recommendation we had not previously considered. The service team at Integrity GMC is always great, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer care I’ve experienced here. However, during my most recent visit for a routine oil change, I noticed my check engine light was on when I picked up my vehicle. It wasn’t mentioned by the team at pickup, nor was it noted on my service invoice. When I called to ask about it, I was told I could bring the vehicle back in, which I plan to do. While I understand things can be overlooked, it did surprise me that the tire indicator light was mentioned but the check engine light wasn’t addressed at all. I feel that should be a standard part of a service visit—at least a quick explanation so customers aren’t left wondering. I still have confidence in the team and the dealership overall, but I wanted to share this feedback as I believe it could help make the great service here even better. Thank you!

Bridget Sanders has been my go to car person for over 10 years. I have been driving a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali and was ready to downsize and went to see her about a GMC Acadia, which is what I purchased. Everyone at the dealership from Jacob to the finance gentleman to the service gentleman that cleaned up the car for me was fantastic. The entire dealership from the person that answers the phone all the way up to the owners are kind, welcoming, and most important honest it is always a wonderful experience to deal with the people at Integrity

The dealership did ok although i think they could have helped more with pricing than they did. i am sure they could have supplied parts at cost. The real problem seems to be general motors inability to supply parts in timely matter when needed and the fact that, at least in my case, the product does not hold up. i can not understand how a truck driven by an old man to get to work had to have a new transmission at 87,000 miles and a new steering rack at 97,000. what is almost funny is your sales people are telling people the trucks last 200,000-300,000 miles?

My only complaint is how long it took to finish. I was also supposed to get a wash, but it wasn’t done but that’s not a big deal

I made an appointment and advised the issue. When I arrived at the dealib ership I was advised that I would have to leave it all day. I had to call my wife to drive 60 miles to come and get me. On the way back home I received a call stating my truck was ready to be picked up. Very unprofessional!
